Old Crusty Nail Polish - Easy Fix

So, I had bought this a little over 4 months ago. I have used it off and on, but have never really mentioned it. It is Beauty Secrets Nail Polish Thinner. I have saved quite a few of my old/crusty nail polishes. They arent really old, but have dried up, grown crusty or too thick to paint evenly. I just pop in 2-3 drops of this thinner, turn the bottle upside down, roll between my hands. And woila..!! Magic. Nice and creamy nail polish that paints evenly.
Yet, you can also use nail polish remover without acetone, or acetone. however, I find when I use those they dry up after a while. However, I also still use them when I am in a time crunch.
This bottle is less than $6, found at Sally's Beauty Supply and lasts a longgggg time and can be used over and over, and in every brand of polish. A definite must have if you collect polish like me :)

Pink Ribbon French Tip

This is my second pink ribbon design for Breast Cancer, since I will be sporting them all month practically. I did a very simple design with only two colors and a rhinestone on my ring finger. Watch the video if you want to see how to do it.

LA Colors Scented Nail Polish Remover Pads

So, here I am , minding my own business at the dollar tree in the nail polish aisle ;) when I look down and see these, nail polish remover wipes. And then as I glance for a second look they say they are SCENTED. I was like, no way .. these people are crazy. So, I put one in my cart to try.. Well. Let me tell you, I went back for another one.

So , at first I picked up Melon. They do smell like Melon. Delicious and mouth watering, and there is barely even a linger of nail polish remover. So, I though , well they smell edible, maybe they don't work haha. So, I used them on my milani glitter nails, and black nail polish. WIN!!

These polish remover wipes are great, one pad takes off one full hand and with ease. There is no yucky scent in the air and they don't leave your hands sticky. I went back and picked up a Peach one as well. Same results. They are very moist, and they work wonders. For only $1, these are way better than the Elf Polish remover pads for $1. And I swear by ELF. I have almost every product. Although I found out with those, even with the lid closed, they dry really fast. And it's always disappointing when I go to grab one, and they are all dried up.

If you should want some, and for $1, definitely pick one of these up. They have a few scents, and I also picked up extras for my next contest :)

Final Thought: They are scented, Acetone free, no harsh smells, works great, moist, and affordable. Definitely a product to buy :)

Pretty Women Artificial Nails

Wooooohooo! Do you know what it feels like to be addicted to Nail Polish and run out of Acetone? And on top of that for 2 of your nails to break?? It was horrible. But lucky me, I had picked up some Artificial Nails that were on sale at Rite Aid, I put them in a vid before. These nails were perfect and so summery. Now this was like 9/22/11.
The application was so easy, and the nails fit so perfect to my nails I didn't even have to file. They had a beautiful design, and were sturdy. The first one broke 2 days after, but only a little on the tip when I was opening something. But for $4 , these were amaxing. I would definitely purchase this brand again in the future. I am wishing I had another set right now causeI was having a bad day today and kept picking at my nails. Blah. Plus they are really fragile right now. Not from anything nail related.
I have given my hand a good 2 week break so they should be happy. But, tomorrow after school I have a nail date lol. So, here are the pictures and if you run by this brand in your local store, pick it up. Definitely better than broadway or the Nailene set I bought as well. Enjoy :)

Sugar Skull Pedicure

This isn't my best pedicure, it was spur of the moment, unplanned and I was testing out these waterslide Decals that I bought online, Definitely not worth a second purchase. Good thing they were inexpensive on Ebay. Yoo much of a hassle. They do stay on for a good few weeks, but alot of hassle to put on and keep straight and takes alot of top coat to set in place. I bought these ones I believe from WickedNails on Ebay. They were a little over $1, so not too bad of a price.
I just did a v french tip in purple, added a sugar skull decal, put rhinestones for the eyes , painted a rose, and added a top coat. Enjoy the Photos!!
